A classical from the Austro-Hungarian pastry heritage. Its a butter heavy chocolate sponge cake, filled with layers of our hom made apricot jam, and a chocolate fondant cover. We make our jams from fuits directly from our own fruit garden near Budapest. This is how we make this classical so special.
